	The Sisters Site to Jendea Simitecture: Sim Design Sisters that is. Staffed by the former Jendea Simitecture creators - SDS has a good sized sims2 section as well as sims1 with lots of recolors, new objects & great walls and floors.

	Sweet and modern, the sims2 area of Sim-Placement lives up to the reputation of it's sims1 counterpart. The contemporary walls and floor are terrific, but my favorite area here is the housing.

	A very beautifully designed website with nice skins, genetics and makeup - they also have some celebrity sims for download that I enjoyed. The objects are lovely, but there are no vertices declarations. I haven't had any problems tho with their things personally.

	Almost all skins! Lots of very nice female outfits for Teen, Young adult and Adult. They also have a few novel items including Alice in Wonderland and a great looking tatoo (under genetics.)

	Specializing in clean modern decor, the SimsGedohns site has long been a staple for Sims 1 objects. For TS2, tho you can expect not only the familiar styles (with some whimsical additions) but also quite a number of houses, clothes for male sims and even castle and chateau walls.

	I actually was on staff at The Sims Zone when I finally got the courage up to join a larger site, so I know they have quite a lot of sims1 stuff. :) However, TSZ also has a growing selection of Sims 2 files as well as their staples: News and Sim Brother 2.

	When I think of Parsimonious, beautifully created objects with many new meshes and impeccable texturing spring to mind. However, I sometimes overlook their selection of fantastic skins. There are tons of them, and not just for the typical ages and categories. If you're looking for really good male skins, children's skins or elders, this is an excellent place to start. Oh, and did I mention the objects?

	Around the Sims 2 is the TS2 section of Around The Sims - another long time TS1 favorite. ATS2 has quite a lot of new meshed objects including decorative plants, lots of seating and also some nice accessories. Plus some homes, clothes, and genetics. The site was a bit slow to load and I encountered some server errors today, but it's worth waiting for.

	Nice new clothing and hair meshes - heels! Plus a good sized object section. I also like their donation skins - they even have a few in the "adult" category. An all Sims 2 site.

	GetSkintight, as the name implies, has clothing in the skintight range. A small site so far (no pun intended), but with really nice things. An absolute necessity: their excellent gymwear - now there's no excuse not to let your sims out of those baggy sweat outfits! *grin*

	XMSims has many new meshed sims2 objects, beautiful skins and lots as well. (Love the Versace community lot!) The pages take a while to load, but the site speeds up after the first few page loads. Don't be discouraged tho, because the downloads are well worth the wait. The donation files - btw - are also really nice. Some unique things here are the earrings, the stone seating (under objects: misc) and the gorgeous fairy wings.

	Really nice new meshed objects - I like that they recolor their own sets as well. (Click on the pic of a set on the front page and it takes you to all the downloads which you can scroll through.) I like their texturing better than most - the wood grains are really nice. The furniture is mainly contemporary and very versatile. If you are trying to keep the new objects to a minimum, hit this site first. You may not go anywhere else - lol.

	What doesn't this site have? In addition to great downloads for both the Sims2 and Sims1 at the Drop and the Basement and the Hive- oh yes, and the yahoo group and the forum! The BList is home to: The Sims2 Filename Database (list of sims2 creators) and (of course) the "B" List of fansites for sims1 and 2 with descriptions and info about what you can find!

	Sunair2 is another site from a well respected sims1 creator expanded for sims2. The site uses Flash5, so it can take a while to load, but the end result is very nice. The music sets the pace and the skins and objects are worth the time to check out. Vertices and polygons are listed. The furniture style is primarily ultramodern/futuristic. The skins and hair are casual, pretty and very versatile - mostly for adult female sims.

	Sims-Style is a new find to me. Registration is free as are most of the downloads, although there is a section of downloads for "Golden Members" as well. Free downloads include good sized sections for skins, hair and eyes, objects and walls and floors. There is an extensive forum here with discussions mainly about sims, but also a board on health and fitness, hollywood, and fashion and beauty.

	A relatively new site with free downloads in blog style. There are frequent updates with clothing and walls making up the bulk, but also a couple sims, houses and even a little animation. There is a fairly extensive list of links as well.

	Used to be ChicChica - now with a new format. As of this date, this site is just getting started so wear your hardhat and expect a bit of work in progress. It promises to be a great site judging from what is already there and the lay-out.

	SimStancia has mostly skins, and also some recolored roomsets. If you like pink, this is the site for you! There are quite a number of rooms in pink and white and pink and cream. My favorite things here though are the ballet style work-out outfits.

	Wow - smallish site with great new meshed mod objects with a professional look and simple style. Appropriately named, Modern Sim Objects has hard to find electronics; TVs, stereos, plus a nice selection of decorative items.

	My favorite for make-up, Helaene also has fabulous genetics - quite possibly the best available in the make-up and genetic categories, IMHO. Also, the site carries a lovely selection of female adult clothing and some great male togs as well.

	Simprover is a big site with almost everything you can download for sims2 including house, object sets, walls, floors, clothing genetics and whole sims. The object sets are a combination of recolors and new meshes. NOTE: There is also a companion Sims1 area.

	11 Dots - mod and modern furniture. The site seems small at first, but the amount of new content that ended up in my game was quite a lot - lol. There are 11 new meshed objects in the first set today for instance. Check out the build section for new fences too.

	Lryan2 - honestly I went here for the hair, but there is a lot more - skins, make-up, walls, earrings and even some objects. My favorite offerings from this site are the wide selection of blond hair in a paler platinum or ash variety and the vintage walls - arts and crafts walls! Yay!

	New window meshes can be found here as well as a variety of recolored build sets. Check out the curved windows! Windows and Doors #7 - terrific! I was so thrilled with these that I almost forgot to mention the furniture; a nice selection of contempory styles. There is also a few items of clothing and some eyeglasses as well.

	4 ever sim fantasy has modern and contempory, well-coodinating objects sets including some lovely and unusual garden items - garden rocks, plants - hydrangea (my favorite), glass sunshades. There are also clothing files, houses, community lots and neighborhoods by donation.

	Well, I overlooked adding this link partially because it's on my list of quick links from my personal home page - right between my bank and email. If that doesn't tell you something about how great this finds site is, I don't know what will. :) Check it out yourself and you'll see what I mean Sims 1 and Sims 2 finds, some downloads and a forum. 	New list of sims links to what appears to be actively updating websites. I am not sure how they keep track of activity, but it's worth checking into. Among the currently 170+ English links were many I had not seen before. Plus, the list of cheats is also nice.
