01-29-07: Simsshoppe has converted to a free site - ignore the faqs! Just download and enjoy. All objects are ok to recolor (with credit) ok to use/include in lots. If you feel like donating, I certainly won't turn it down - the paypal button below still works but is now for one time donations only.

05-06-06: Simsshoppe is offically a donation site now, and no longer available by subscription. It will continue to help keep Jendea Simitecture (for sims 1 fans) and jendea2 (for free sims2) on line.
