Can I send you....?: Er, no not really. I appreciate the offers of many kind folks who've emailed to see if they could send me a house or collection of walls or something. However, at this point, my time is so limited, I can not accept any other content. There are, however, a couple really nice sites that I would recommend contacting with your creations: Sim Design Sisters is the site manned by the wonderful women who used to make up the staff of the original Jendea Simitecture. Also, The Sims Zone is another friendly site that accepts one time or single contributions. They even have an on-line form. Both are free download sites.

Can I be on staff here?: Not looking for additional staff or partners at this time - again, the time element prevents it.

Will you make me a....?: Wish I could, but I can't. Sorry :(

Where is your donation area/button?: Don't have one. Instead, I'm opting into an association with Amazon.com to try to fund the site through music, games and book recommendations. I really hate restricting content and amazon presents a good alternative.
I've been an amazon customer for a long long time (since before they got big) and my experience with them has been very good consistantly, so I feel confident recommending their service. If you want to contribute to the site, please buy your games, music etc. through the links on this site. Everytime you start your amazon shopping here, this site will get a small donation. "Pretty cool", I figured since many of us buy our games on line anyway. :)

Can I link to your site?: Absolutely! Here are the buttons. Please save them to your own site.

This site is hotlink protected, so attempts to link directly to content or images will fail.

Will you link to my site?: Maybe - my links page is actually my short list of sites that *I* check on a regular basis. I may add more, but not every site I see. Also, my last links page got so out of hand, it was a part-time job just to maintain it - lol - so only a few this time! No, really!!!

Will you send me... free copies of music, the sims games, your CD keys, pay sites' files?: Nah - please don't ask.

Can I recolor things (objects/walls/floors etc) that I download from your site?: Yes - feel free to recolor, doctor, use in part or in full the textures you find on this site (with the exception of the ground textures) provided the following criteria are met:

1) Use any original textures or objects(obj) that you find here for creating other free to download sims stuff - no pay, donation files or other commercial endeavors please. I can make exceptions on a case by case basis for worthy causes or if appropriate trade or compensation is provided. ;) If unsure, email please.

2) Give credit for the original to this site or to me (jendea) with a link to the main page.

Can I redesign, or furnish the houses that I find here and claim I made them?: Believe it or not, this happens a lot. But please don't - it's very discouraging.

Do you work at or are you connected to Maxis or EA?: No; this site is not cennected to EA or Maxis in any way - it's simply a fan site. Well, I once played ShadowRun with someone who ended up working for EA for a while, but that's as close as my connection gets. ;)
